Best. Chocolate-Caramel combo. Ever.

This is one of the flavors my husband and I chose to serve at our wedding. Both of our families love chocolate and so we knew we needed to have one as an option, so we tried ALL of the available chocolate flavors. Our favorite? This one! Again, the cake base is very moist, and the ganache is the platter for the dark chocolate cake. You can taste the salinity in the salted caramel core—yet it is NOT salty!!—and that is always a hard balance to execute in baked treats. This was the first flavor to leave the table completely.
